Standard Shipping Method
Standard shipping method is UPS Ground unless you request otherwise. UPS Ground shipping time takes 1-5 business days depending on how far from Oregon the wine must be shipped. Sorry, we cannot ship to post office boxes.Age Requirement
Per state and federal law, wine can only be purchased by and delivered to individuals 21 years of age or older. Delivery personnel will require the recipient to provide proof of age before the wine will be released. If an adult will not be available to sign, the delivery company will attempt delivery another day. Wine shipments cannot and will not be left at a door, with minors or, according to law, with inebriated recipients. Wine orders returned to ROCO due to ineligible recipient deliveries will not be subject to refund.Refund Policy
Refund requests will be considered individually. Ineligible recipient deliveries (e.g. recipient under 21, etc.) will not be subject to refund. If shipment was specifically requested during summer or winter months when inclement weather could directly effect the longevity and quality of wine, refunds will not be issued. We can ship overnight, 2-day or 3-day UPS to approved states, however overnight costs are significantly higher. Please utilize the ROCO website to calculate overnight, 2-day or 3-day shipping charges.Taxes by City/County
Some US states enforce varying amounts of taxes based on your city/county. If you live in one of these tax-enforced zones, required taxes will be added to your order at the winery when we charge your credit card. Tax-enforced zones include CT, LA, NY, NC, SC, TX and VA.Terms of Sale
Terms: ALL WINES ARE SOLD IN OREGON AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER IN OREGON. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of Oregon. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing and order with your credit card or check, you authorize ROCO Wines to act on your behalf in processing and shipping the order, including engaging a common carrier to deliver your order. WINES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND IN PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON TO WHOM DELIVERY WILL BE MADE IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. Wine can be damaged by temperature extremes. We may choose not to ship if the temperature in your area is above 75 degrees or below 40 degrees. It is your responsibility to advise us what temperatures are in your area. We cannot be held responsible if you request shipment and the wines travel in a climate outside an acceptable temperature range.
